New edition of the SIGHI medication guide
The SIGHI Medication Manual has been fundamentally revised. With over 120 pages, the new August 2018 edition is about twice as comprehensive as the previous version. In addition to a description of the contents, you will now also find a freely accessible excerpt in PDF format, where you can browse the table of contents and read some pages. Both affected persons and specialists can inform themselves very broadly, independently and neutrally about the numerous possibilities of how histamine and mast cell activation symptoms can be controlled. Be it with drugs, dietary supplements or other therapies.
The SIGHI Medication Manual is now also available in English.

Cookbook: now also available in ENGLISH
On the basis of the great success, the SIGHI Recipe Collection “mast-cell-friendly and low-histamine cooking”, available in German since September 2014, has now also been translated into English. Besides more than 180 cooking recipes it also contains a guide to diagnostic and therapeutic histamine elimination diet.
The book is aimed not only at histamine intolerant people. It was written especially for persons with a mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). Unlike other cookbooks, not only histamine but also histamine liberators (liberators of mast cell mediators) are consistently avoided here. As a consequence, this diet restricts a little stronger than eliminating histamine only, but it still offers a tasty and well-balanced diet.
With many lactose-free and gluten-free recipes.
